Before we started the afternoon sessions, we did a photoshoot with messages about the Erasmus+ programme and our project themes as a way to promote them to a wider audience after publishing them on our social media.
Then we got together to do a final debriefing of the whole process of planning, designing, facilitating and testing non-formal learning tools for the target groups we work with. Everyone shared their experiences, thoughts and feelings as well as what they have learned, gained or improved as competencies. For many, this process was very challenging but also very impactful for improving communication, presentation and facilitation skills. We also spoke how we can use the activities after the training course and how we can shared them with others.
Next on the agenda was a presentation and discussion about the Erasmus+ programme. We learned about the aims, objectives, features and opportunities that Erasmus+ provides to young people, youth workers and organizations for their personal and professional development. We got to know about the application process for project and tips on how we can develop a good project idea. We also asked questions and shared our own experiences with various projects organized with the support of Erasmus+ programme.
The long-term aim of the project is to have further impact after the end of the training course, therefore we strategically planned follow-up activities that we will run individually or in groups back in our communities and organsiations. We came up with ideas for testing the NFE activities that we have created and replicating some of the comedy and theatre workshops with young people in our communities, presentations of Erasmus+ programme, workshops in schools and thematic meetings with different stakeholders.
We concluded the day with a Karaoke party and a talent show on which we showed our music, singing and dancing skills.
